This piece from Radio Lab is an exploration of a collection of moments.  When I feel sadness or regret I’ve come to notice that it is often when I recognize how much of my life I wasn’t there for – all the moments I missed because I was someone on my way somewhere else.

  1. Hey Jonathan, Thanks for posting this. I love it. I have a good friend who came very close to dying a few years ago – this is pretty much what he said matters to him now… not the big, grandiose things we think are important in life, but these tiny moments that make up our lives. Pretty cool that this film maker captured it so well.
